Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans chicken broth
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, drain and save liquid.
    Saute onion in margarine; stir in flour.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Stir in cheese; blend until smooth.
    Puree 1/2 of the broccoli in blender.
    Slowly blend chicken broth in sauce mix.
    Add pureed broccoli and whole broccoli.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
