Chicken Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cooked and cooled
    1 small bunch scallions, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
    2 medium zucchini, cut into matchstick strips
    lettuce
Preparation
    Cook chicken with salt until tender (could use whole canned chicken).
    Cool.
    Remove meat from bones; cut into bite size pieces.
    Mix with scallions and squash.
    Chill, while preparing the dressing.
