Beer Batter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 can beer
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except butter.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Take out bread; pour 1 stick melted butter over top.
Return to oven; bake 15 more minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
