Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini (about 3 c.)
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Bisquick
salt and pepper to taste
butter on the top
Preparation

Spray an 8 x 9-inch pan with oil.
Mix all ingredients and pour in the pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until firm.
