Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 pt. strawberries
1 1/4 c. oil
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Make a hole and pour oil and eggs into.
Mix well.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Makes 3 small loaves or 2 large ones.
