Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, cut up
4 c. sugar
2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
enough water to keep rhubarb from sticking
Preparation

Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until well done.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O; stir well.
Pour in jars or freezer containers.
Put on lids and freeze.
Very good!
