Beef Steak Or Roast Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. raw honey
    freshly ground white pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Whisk to emulsify. Marinate poultry from 1 to 4 hours before grilling.
    Marinate flank steaks and ribs overnight.
