7 Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce, chopped or torn
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 small pkg. frozen green peas
2 c. mayonnaise + 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place vegetables in layers in large flat dish in order given. Dab mayonnaise onto vegies by spoonfuls.
Top with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle with crumbled bacon or bacon bits.
Spoon out servings, do not toss.
