Gator Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans beer
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 dashes Crystal hot sauce
    dash of red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour off marinade, leaving a little in the bottom of the pan. Bake the ribs in a covered pan, 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove ribs from oven and put in clean pan.
    Cover with barbecue sauce.
