Baked Idaho-Tomato Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Idaho potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter per potato
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cooked and crumbled bacon
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut in half.
    Empty potato into a bowl.
    Add salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons butter; mix.
    Add the crumbled bacon bits, tomato puree and sour cream. Mix and add the shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Stuff in potato; put under broiler to brown for 5 minutes.
    Serve.
