Holiday Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 small onions (if onions not small enough, may cut in half)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook onions in salted water until almost tender.
If onions have been cut in half, do not boil rapidly (layers should not separate).
Drain.
