Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (12)
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs (6)
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup crumbs, onion, 2 tablespoons of margarine, salt and pepper.
    Turn into casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and margarine.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
