Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    4 c. chopped Granny Smith apples
    1 c. salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped
    8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Boil together crushed pineapple with juice, sugar, egg, flour and cider vinegar. Refrigerate overnight. Mix with chopped apples, chopped peanuts and Cool Whip, thawed. Makes 10 servings.
