Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan combine brown sugar, sugar, flour and salt.
Add water, butter, corn syrup and vanilla.
Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until mixture boils.
Remove from heat.
Arrange potatoes in baking dish.
Pour sugar mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
