Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage links
1 small onion
6 to 8 potatoes (medium)
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Slice sausage links into round chips; place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Dice onion; layer with potatoes.
Potatoes should be cut up scallop style.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
May garnish with cheese.
