Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

4 lb. ground meat
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. can taco sauce
8 oz. chopped green chilies
5 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. enchilada mix
Cheddar cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown the ground beef and drain.
Mix the sour cream, taco sauce, tomato sauce and enchilada mix with the meat.
Layer the meat sauce, tortillas and cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
