Creamy Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. orange gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, gradually add to softened cream cheese.
    Mix well until blended.
    Stir in juices and orange rind.
    Pour into 1-quart mold.
    Chill until firm.
