Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Rice-A-Roni (beef flavor)
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1 small onion, diced
1 egg
1 pkg. dry gravy mix (beef)
Preparation

Follow instructions on Rice-A-Roni, but only use 1/4 cup water.
Add rice to hamburger, onion and egg.
Make tablespoon size meatballs.
Pan fry in oil; turn and brown until done.
Make gravy and pour over meatballs.
