Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 large stalks celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. diced chicken, cooked
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped and drained
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. cashew nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter or olive oil.
    Add mushroom soup, salt and pepper; stir until blended. Add chicken and mushrooms; simmer for a few minutes.
    Grease 1-quart casserole and pour in mixture; sprinkle with noodles and cashews.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
