Hot Cheesy Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute pecans in butter 3 to 5 minutes, then drain on paper towel.
    Set aside.
    Place dried beef in blender. Chop finely and set aside.
    Combine cream cheese and milk in a medium mixing bowl; beat on medium speed with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in beef, green peppers, onion and garlic, mixing well.
    Add white pepper and sour cream.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve dip hot with assorted crackers.
    Makes 2 cups.
