Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, sugar and pineapple and let it stand a 1/2 hour. Bring slowly to a boil and cook for 12 minutes.
    After it starts boiling, remove from heat.
    Stir in the dry gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
