Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice.
    Pour in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until egg mixture is done like custard.
