Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 heaping tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute chicken, onions, garlic and parsley until chicken is completely cooked.
    Sprinkle generously with teriyaki sauce.
    Add 1 1/2 cans of chicken broth. Heat until warm.
    Mix remaining 1/2 can of chicken broth with cornstarch; add to chicken and stir until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
