Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (30 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
    2 c. (16 oz.) low fat sour cream
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 onion chopped fine
    1/4 stick of butter (melted)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Transfer to ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until heated through. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
