Creamy Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    milk (enough milk when added to soup to equal 2 1/2 c. soup/milk mixture)
Preparation
    Heat margarine over low heat until melted.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soup/milk mixture and onions.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Put potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Pour mushroom mixture over potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
