Baked Stuffed Shrimp # 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    jumbo shrimp
    1/3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. butter and 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    12 chopped pecans
    dash of Tabasco
    1/8 c. sherry
    1/4 c. chopped crab or scallops
Preparation
    Peel, clean and butterfly the shrimp and place them in a shallow casserole.
    Mix all other ingredients together and spread over the shrimp.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
