Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 pkg. Carson chipped beef, chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 slices white bread
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Layer bread cubes, meat and cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour egg mixture on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
    Spoon off any excess grease while cooking.
