Scalloped Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen, shredded hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. diced onion or 1 Tbsp. dried onion
3 c. grated cheddar cheese, reserving 1/2 c. for topping
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and top with 1/2
c. grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
