Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of poultry seasoning
    1 bag Doritos chips
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove from pan and cook celery and onions in broth.
    Add soups (undiluted), tomatoes and seasonings.
    Cut chicken in pieces
    and add to soup mixture.
    Line large baking pan (9 x 13-inch) with Doritos.
    Pour chicken mixture over chips
    and top with grated cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0
    oven until cheese is melted.
