Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and potatoes in 6 cups water.
    Add vegetables and soups.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
