Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 medium carrot, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, dissolve bouillon cube and water.
    Add broccoli and carrot.
    Cook until tender.
    Do not drain.
    In another saucepan, melt butter and slowly stir in flour.
    Continue stirring while gradually adding the milk.
    Stir in the cheese, soup, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Add the broccoli mixture to the white sauce mixture and cook over medium to low heat until the soup is desired thickness.
    Serves 6 to 8.
