Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot combination, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese (Longhorn is good)
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Combine veggies, soup, half of the cheese, sour cream, pepper and half of the onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
