Chicken Livers And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton chicken livers
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Put oil, onion and livers in frying pan on medium flame (not too hot).
    Cook until done to taste.
    Wash the rice.
    First let water, oil and salt come to a boil and add rice.
    Use low fire and cover tightly for about 30 to 35 minutes, then mix with livers. Enjoy!!!
