Wild Western Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 lb. can pinto beans
    1 can water or more as needed when simmering
    3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions, chili powder (salt and pepper to taste). Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
