Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. shredded Jack cheese
    1 (30 count) pkg. corn tortillas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 pkg. enchilada seasoning
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    spring onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and 1 medium onion until onion is tender. Drain. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water.
    Bring to a boil. Turn to simmer until liquid is almost absorbed.
