Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 block cheese (Colby mild)
    1/2 onion, chopped
    7 to 8 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 cans mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry hamburger with onion and drain.
    Layer in casserole dish the hamburger, grated cheese and cans of soup mixed with milk.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts down, about 45 minutes.
