Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped raw apples
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. black walnuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. In another bowl, combine sugar, eggs and oil. Beat well with spoon. Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed mixture. Add vanilla and gently fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan or until knife is clean.
