Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend and pour through funnel into hot oil (375\u00b0) in cast-iron skillet.
    Turn cake over to brown second side.
