Walrus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red apples
    lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 c. walnuts (out of shell)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Wash and cut apples in half and cut out core.
    Wash celery and cut into bite size pieces.
    Smash walnuts.
    Cut apples into bite size pieces and squirt them with lemon juice.
    Mix all together.
