Mostaccioli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box mostaccioli, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
    1 medium cucumber, unpeeled and chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl, coat noodles with oil; drain off excess. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix with noodles; cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 days.
    Stir occasionally.
    Will keep one week after it's ready to serve.
    Serves 10 to 12.
