Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add flour and egg yolk. Continue mixing.
Lastly, add vanilla and nuts.
Mixture should be very stiff.
Roll in balls, about an inch in size, or make in any shape desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
