Shi Kum Shi(Spinach) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh spinach (do not use frozen spinach)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook the spinach in boiling water, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool it and squeeze the water out of the spinach.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Add the spinach to the liquid mixture and marinate it.
Put it in the refrigerator.
Serve it cold.
