Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Scald milk and butter together.
    Add
    to
    beaten
    eggs, sugar and flour mixture.\tAdd
    vanilla
    and
    stir.
    Pour\tinto unbaked pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with coconut over top and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
