Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sausage (hot or mild)
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation

Grate
cheese.
Set sausage and cheese at room temperature for
approximately
1
hour
to
soften.
Mix cheese and sausage, gradually adding Bisquick mix, until all ingredients are mixed well.
Roll into balls.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
