Pepper Jelly(Club Member: Neil H.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. hot pepper (red and green)
    3/4 c. bell pepper (red and green)
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Chop peppers in blender. Add sugar and vinegar. Boil hard for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Add Certo and stir well. Pour in jars and seal.
    Makes 3 pints.
