Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Use your imagination and add ingredients to your liking. Using blender, add all dry ingredients.
    Slowly drizzle olive oil into blender, do not pour olive oil or it will curdle.
    This thickens the mayonnaise.
    If desired, sprinkle with pumpkin seasoning.
