Zucchini Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    sprinkle cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Steam zucchini slices until tender.
    Add orange slices, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle with pecans and serve.
    Serves 4, 60 calories per serving.
