Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add oil and eggs; stir until well moistened.
Do not beat.
Add pineapple (juice and all), bananas, pecans and vanilla.
Stir well.
Pour into large 11 x 14-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
