Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk (can use dried buttermilk, according to recipe on can)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Optional: Can add 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts.
