Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, then crumble
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake scrubbed and pricked potatoes for 1 hour.
    Cut potatoes in half and scoop out center into bowl with butter.
    Save the shells.
    Mash potatoes until light and fluffy. Add cream, cheese, chives, bacon bits and season to taste.
    Fill hollowed out shells with potato mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes or microwave 5 minutes.
